Can I include more than three siblings in a Family Letter?
Our Family Letter option includes up to three children. For special requests, please email us at hello@biglittlethings.ae, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do you collect personalisation details?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a short Google Form to fill in your child’s or family’s details.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our team will use your responses to create your bespoke letter and keepsakes. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched according to the drop date stated on the product page or at checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
Your Christmas Letter Box will be delivered on the scheduled drop date for your order. We’ll send you email updates if there are any changes.
How will the package arrive?
Your order will arrive in a discreet outer courier bag, perfect for parents to open first. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully tagged paper box wrapped in ribbon — set it aside for your child to open during the big Christmas reveal.
Can I order separate letters for each child?
Of course. Simply add multiple Individual Child Letter Kits to your cart (one per child), or choose the Family Letter Kit for up to three siblings in a shared letter.
I made a mistake on the form. What should I do?
Don’t worry—email us at hello@biglittlethings.ae with your order number and the correct details as soon as possible.
I haven’t received my personalisation form. What should I do?
